Description | Short-leaved Aloe-Aloe brevifolia is an evergreen succulent perennial, easily recognized for forming a decorative rosette. This succulent is not suited entirely for indoor gardening. It should receive sufficient direct sunlight to let it rise in a mature state. This species has a unique characteristic, that its leaves could turn red to yellowish color, when kept in exposure to direct sunlight. Short-leaved Aloe are thick-leaved succulent, that possess white color teeth along the edges of their leaves. Their placement would be relevant for widow sides or home outdoor gardens, etc. And would be ideal as a small-scale groundcover plant or in decorative containers. |
